I was so excited that I finally found a wig for my Netzuko cosplay and then waited for who knows how long to have my order CANCELLED with no response from the seller.

It did not happen only to me because I have been hearing this on and on. So that's why I wanted to create a safe space for cosplayers and cos-makers. We deserve to have someone real to answer our questions and concerns with not only the "selling mind".

Here at Kawawig, I wanted to be able to talk directly to cosplayers and cos-makers to make them feel heard and not only a printing machine.

So that's why I wanted to encourage people to ask me questions! About the shades of the wigs, about the quality, or maybe you are looking for something that I don't have yet! I am more than happy to get it for you or to try to find a good deal.

And if you buy any wig and for some reason never arrives WE ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. I don't believe in this 30% thing that has been going around for a long time (which is basically pocketing money out of a bad customer experience).
