♪ Get ready ♪
You have your new wig coming in a few days. Now it's time to get ready to style!
Most of the wigs come already styled from the seller (like we do!) But because of the travel and the days inside a package could lead to a little flat hair.
Worry not! Here we list some tools you can use to revive your wig and bring your dream cosplay to life.
➊ Wig Stand
You can find it for every budget like:
You just have to choose one that matches your budget and start working your way up from there. There are multiple DIY on how to make multiple wigs stand (maybe you will find it here next week? #spoiler).
This is going to be your main item since you will use it to style, dry, and store the wigs.
This is straight to the point. A water bottle spray is essential for care, styling, and also DIY (like the one you can use in our "How to dye your synthetic wig" tutorial).
You can find a lot of variety and colors. You will need maybe two, one for water and the other one for dye if you ever use it.
This one is a no-brainer. You need to take good care of your wigs every time you wash or use them.
Another magical tool is going to be your brush or your wig comb. There are ones specially designed for your synthetic wig. They don't pull too much of the hair and are more delicate to the fibers.
You can find a lot of colors and some cute designs but many options can meet your budget!
When we talk about synthetic hair we mean plastic fabrics, which are not the same as real hair wigs or just real hair. You can use fabric softeners, dish soap, vinegar, etc. But of course, there is some shampoo and conditioner design for them!
I haven't tried any of these yet but they have high reviews! It's merely an example of the prices you can find.
And that's it! ♡
These are some of the tools you need to make your wig last longer. You can choose from a wide selection of brands and prices so you can meet your budget.
See you next Monday!
